Rental & Service Policies

These rental policies are posted solely for convenience.

Customer should refer to the terms and policies outlined in his or her’s Equipment Rental Agreement and or Services Agreement. All defined terms here, are as defined in the Equipment Rental Agreement and or Services Agreement.

RESERVATIONS

  • To hold a reservation date, a 25% Deposit of the Invoice due.

  • If you add to the reservation, additional Deposit amounts may be needed.

  • Payments can be made with Paypal, Cash, Venmo, or some other method approved by us.

  • A driver’s license is required as identification and must match the name of the Customer.

  • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

  • Prices and policies are subject to change.

RENTAL PERIOD AND RATES

Generally, rates are quoted for a one-day, single-use event. Other arrangements can be made for customers and will be made on a case-by-case basis depending on customer needs, staffing, delivery assets, venue requirements, etc. If you require a different rental period or accommodation, please contact us for rate information. All charges are for time out use whether used or not. Prices and policies are subject to change.

ORDER CHANGES

  • Final changes to Rental Equipment or pieces to Rental Equipment, must be placed at least 14 days prior Event Date.

  • 3 days prior to the Event Date orders are packed, staged and loaded and cannot be reduced.

  • Equipment added to your order within 7 days of the Event Date may be subject to Last Booking Fees.

DELIVERY/SET-UP/PICK-UP

Sip Sip Soiree, LLC does its best to protect property during the delivery, installation, and removal process. Customer agrees to release Sip Sip Soiree, LLC of any liability towards damage of property due to delivery, installation, and removal of equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches or cracks on the installed surface, high wind related damages, driveways, lawns, sprinkler systems, gardens, septic tanks, drain fields and/or flowerbeds as a result of on-the-job deliveries or set ups. Customer further agrees to have the site free and clear of all obstacles, natural and man-made, prior towards the arrival of Sip Sip Soiree, LLC.

Delivery, Set-up, and Pick-Up times will be determined by Customer and Sip Sip Soiree, LLC.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Our Rental Equipment cannot withstand extreme/severe temperatures, high winds, or moisture, including rain. In the event that the Event must be held outside, or in conditions that are deemed to compromise the integrity of the Rental Equipment, Sip Sip Soiree, LLC will cancel your outside set up and can either issue a credit for a future event or refund the Invoice less the nonrefundable Deposit.

LICENSES, PERMITS, AND FEES

Customers shall be solely responsible for payment of any licenses, permits and/or fines, required by or resulting from the customer’s use or operation of the rental items.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Sip Sip Soiree, LLC does not provide a warranty that all rental items are brand new and free of latent defects for the customers intended use. Sip Sip Soiree, LLC is also not responsible for any defect or failure that occurs if not notified. The customer must notify Sip Sip Soiree, LLC for any failure or defect of the rental items. If Sip Sip Soiree, LLC determines that the rental items are functioning properly, with no defects, then no adjustments will be made to the rental fee charged to the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Reservations for Rental Equipment cancelled 21 days or more prior to the Event Date will receive a full refund or waiver of the Invoice balance.

  • Reservations for Rental Equipment cancelled less than 21 days prior to the Event Date will receive 50% refund of the Invoice.

  • Reservations for Rental Equipment cancelled less than 7 days prior to the Event Date will be charged the full Invoice.

  • Cancellations for customized items are determined on a case-by-case basis.

BROKEN, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS

The customer is responsible for the Rental Equipment and their pieces while in their possession. Notify us immediately if you find something broken or missing when it is received! If the Rental Equipment or its subsequent pieces, become damaged, broken, or missing during the Rental Time Period, the customer will be held responsible to reimburse Sip Sip Soiree, LLC for the replacement cost of the damaged, broken, or missing item.
